Nice people, Management out of it's depth - Anonymous employee Dozr Employee Review

I've worked for two marketplaces; they miss the mark. Most two-sided marketplaces aren't in it for the supply or the demand. I'm fairly new, but everyone I've met has been very cool!

Working remotely is cool, but sometimes it's a little lonely.

I've been working in the Dozr for the past 3 years. To be frank, it was a nice journey and I had so much of memorable moments with my team in the Dozr. People who are working here are greatly helpful to each other. Here you can learn more about the rental industry policies and about the equipment. Even in the Work-From-Home facility, you are strictly advised to maintain a work-life balance by the management. The vision of the company is achievable. I hope the company will achieve the vision as soon as possible.
