Pros
General people and culture are excellent. Respectable pay and benefits. The product is good (albeit limited in scope).
Cons
There's been significant change in leadership over the past few years and looks like more will happen in the not distant future. There's a disconnect between what leadership wants and what can/is realistic to happen. There also is not much in terms of additional lines or ways to service customers.
