Stagnant job role with no opportunity for career growth, learning and development. Lack of inclusion and wider company perks within a part time role. For such a small department sparse communication from head of department and lack of inclusion and supportive leadership. Witnessed a senior member of staff make a racially offensive and crass comment which they felt comfortable enough to make in the presence of a founder, a very much isolated incident however important to highlight when such behavior is tolerated by a company striving to be diverse and inclusive.
