Management is poor at best in all departments. Bad communication all around. Maintenance manager is extremely behind the times and severely lacking in good leadership. Mechanics and Plant operators are poorly trained. No one works together as a team it's all about the blame game. You will constantly have to fear losing your job, it's an extremely stressful work environment. Make one mistake and someone has to be blamed and fired for it. Pay raises are non existent and pay is not even close to industry standards
