Fun culture events sometimes. Pretty fast-paced and engaging work. Millennials make up the core of the work group which is refreshing. Cool clients and experience to gain.
Cons
I think they used to have a good OG culture but have lost it within their grind mentality. The highest paid and highest ranked employees go out of drinks for half of their day or Amazon shop while the coordinator res do all the dirty work until they are burnt out. It's a gentleman's club or the next closest thing to a exclusive adult sorority. The turnover rate is extremely high - I saw eight people leave within the first 3 months of being there. They give you a merit pay right at the beginning of your employment time but then there is no real way to get a raise unless you join upper management for these drinking events. This is Mad Men in real life.
