Pros
The pay is pretty good, there are no complaints about that They do have benefits, and they did do their best to try and train the crews for opening day and opening weeks
Cons
The only way to get a break that isn't just sitting down and getting a drink for 10 minutes, is if you work a double shift. 9am to close. Do you know how insane that is? You can work an 8 hour shift and not be allowed any sort of break, because they don't wanna be bothered to hire enough people. They also spout the same shtick about "family" , while treating their workers like dogs. Sure they give you words of support, but why does that matter when they're just going back to making you work the same grueling hours with no break?
