Pros

N/A, none to mention as of 2025 with company reorg.

Cons

My experience at Drawbridge Partners was deeply disappointing and troubling. Under the new leadership, the company culture shifted dramatically for the worse. Leadership demonstrated a lack of empathy, poor people management, and decision-making that felt discriminatory and biased in practice. The so-called “reform” of the company resulted in the termination of a disproportionate number of women and employees from underrepresented backgrounds, which created an environment that felt unsafe, exclusionary, and demoralizing. Concerns raised by employees were dismissed rather than addressed, and there was little to no transparency or compassion shown during major organizational changes. A lot of wrongful terminations have took place also and the information they gave the department of labor on one's departure was also questionable which in some form was untruthful. The new CEO and several recently appointed leaders fostered a toxic atmosphere that prioritized control over people and ignored the human impact of their actions. Trust eroded quickly, morale plummeted, and the workplace became one I could not ethically or professionally support. I would never work for this company again, and I would not recommend it to anyone who values inclusion, respect, or humane leadership. There are far better organizations that truly live their values—Drawbridge is no longer one of them.

Pros

None really -Some coworkers are supportive and try their best to help each other navigate the workload. The experience can teach you how to operate under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Cons

Leadership lacks organization, direction, and in many cases a clear understanding of the industry. Processes are constantly changing, cases are often mismanaged, and employees are left trying to figure things out without proper guidance. Workloads are consistently unrealistic and expectations are not aligned with available resources. Communication from management is often unclear or inconsistent, which creates confusion across teams and leads to unnecessary stress. The culture can feel exclusionary, with favoritism and what many employees describe as a “boys club” environment. Employees who raise concerns or ask for clarity often feel dismissed rather than supported. There is also little transparency around decisions that impact workloads and career progression. There is no clear path for growth or development, and turnover appears to be high as many employees leave due to burnout and frustration with leadership.
