Not sure they have any, maybe there are some bonuses for the people close to the CTO.

Cons

They’ll treat you like family as long as you're convenient for them, convincing you that money doesn’t really matter. But the moment you're no longer needed, the CFO will offer you two to three months' salary to leave immediately—and if you hesitate, expect a few ‘friendly’ threats. Sometimes, they will even show up with their lawyers, just to make sure you're crystal clear. And don’t worry—they’ll assure you it’s all perfectly compliant with Bulgarian laws, so you can rest easy while they ‘help’ you pack your things.

Pros

The work environment is genuinely friendly, with team members always willing to help one another. There are a variety of projects, and if you’re looking to change domains or work with different technologies, the team actively supports you in finding new opportunities. While there are some legacy projects, the company encourages initiatives for new or internal projects, including clubs and other activities. It’s great to see that colleagues have individual growth plans, which really helps in improving professionally and feeling valued within the team. Flexible working hours and fully remote working option is a bonus/

Cons

Office management from the owners's side could be improved, but the company is making an effort to support them and address these issues. With the fully remote working option you might lose connectivity with the people outside your team/project.

Pros

Fully Remote from day 1 and interviews are fairly easy + a lot of opportunities for students

Cons

It doesn't really matter how you perform 99% of the time people are just promoted to Mid after 1 year but salaries are for starting Junior
