Cons
- First things first, No HR department, one man army who calls himself admin who is literally not an S.S.C graduate. He do not have any kind of working knowledge in Tax paper, Quotation template, Rebate documents, bank draft etc .
- CEO always brags he also was an employee once. which is a white lie. 6 months internship is not any kind of experience.
- There is no Salary structure. No Bonus. No benefits at all.
- Bullying others in every aspect of your life lies in the vein of management.
- You will not learn anything. except if try to do your own learning, the unnecessary workload will destroy you.
- You have to do something always. no workload and all but still you will have to do tons of rubbish stuff just for nothing. I repeat. just for nothing. after seeing your work they just gets deleted.
- If you try to leave, you will get the worst treatment. Rumors will spread and CEO also gets physical sometimes.
- There is no proper management also. an admin, CEO, and a senior Lead artist makes all the decisions.
- CEO is also elected as something in the government ICT division. which makes him more ruthless and corrupt.
- This company always sells old and nifty things like copy-paste products.
- Never a place for learning. NEVER.
- In the time of resignation, your 2/3 month's salary will be deducted for nothing.
- TOXIC company overall. Please think 1000 times before joining.
- CEO's friends and other relatives will come to the office and bully also
- No appreciation for hard work.
- CEO always motivated about fake words of investment, govt. funding and blah blah. Rather he tries to do backdoor bribing to get some projects illegally. rumors are using women.
- A very dangerous company and its culture. An internal audit will expose them. i doubt the admin can understand the terms of the audit. All he does is get to the bank and sign the cheque.
