      -management is not engaging -no onboarding plan/ unorganised onboarding -management has no respect for personal time -have never felt this disrespected before by an employer -would not recommend under no circumstance, unless you really need the money. -treatment by management is an absolute impudence

      Pros

      The tech is great. The engineering team used to be fantastic. As employees have realized that leadership (especially Sales) is inept, the talented Engineer have bailed (started in 2023). If you are in Sales, they are desperate to hire. Not because they are growing, but because they have such a high turnover as a result of 1-2 reps hitting quota, and they don’t pay full commissions on large deals.

      Cons

      The company is not growing. Both in employees and customer base. Same spot it was in 6 years ago. This is not an “Agentic AI” company. It’s just a SQL query engine that is good. Leadership turnover is crazy, especially in the sales org. The BDR team has failed for several years, and the incompetence is due to the leaders of that org never having success selling. Marketing usually controls what the Sales team can message, which is another disaster.
