Pros

Pay and training (when it’s done!)

Cons

No HR, No occupational health, The directors only speak to people they like, The company does not support disabled people, The company socials which are supposed to be to encourage team building are not suitable for everyone so a lot just end up not going or sitting on the sidelines, The Directors need management training, They do not make sure that new staff are happy or involved with other members of staff, People who have joined the company to be trained are having their training put on hold because of bad management and staff retention, They do not follow GDPR - A lot of accounts were accessed without asking the caller to confirm their identity.

Pros

I have loved working for Drewberry. Small team, great cohesion and ability to make money has been good, but that's all changed

Cons

Drewberry have just been sold to the highest bidder. The announcement was messy and lacked any sort of valuable information. Other than being told in the same sentence that the founds are now rich, we were told our commission structure has now changed, but we don't have the details yet. We work hard, add value and have been treated badly. Who knows what the future holds, but it wont include me.
