Everyone at the company has the ability to have a real impact. I love working here and don't plan on leaving any time soon.

DripDrop isn't a place for people who don't like to take ownership and initiative. I can't really think of downsides to working here, except that it's a fast-paced place to be, which for some people who aren't the right fit might want.

Fun product and able to be creative and strategic

Was a great place until new leadership changed the culture and lots of turnover
