Great incentives, Pays well if you work hard, fun environment when its good. Managers are really supportive and will push you to get the best out of you to get you paid. You really do get out what you put in. All members staff are really friendly and mostly a joy to be around other than a really small handfull. Lots of great stock to sell there really is a piece of the pie for everyone.

Work life balance isn’t the best unless you’re a manager. Certain members of staff constantly ooze and breed negativity like its a sport which is painful to be around everyday. Negativity at times seems to not be discouraged but just left to carry on. Won’t go into details but did witnessed some of the worst bullying in the workplace which I really should have reported at the time. Which is a lesson I’ll take away and not ignore in future.

Company car , good pension scheme , nice environment , helpful colleagues and helpful managers , do your job properly and you will be valued .

Work life balance , Long hours , working every Saturday , working 6 days and than 5 ( altought you do have 2 days of in the 5 days you never have them one after the other so it does not really feel like you had time off, sometimes it can feel overwhelming
