      Pros

      Nicer office and you may work on some interesting events. There are some good food options nearby. Free food in office sometimes.

      Cons

      They do some great work, but they are unorganized and unethical when it comes to their employees. Management seems to be unaware of basic labor laws. No in-house HR department. Workloads are very high across company and it shows.

      Management drains the fun out of it and can be toxic. Little to no room for growth.
