- Working around the clock - Hardly any raises or bonuses as led on - The exec team seem to only favor brown nosing young ladies. Everyone else is not recognized for their hard work - The new exec team that have been hired on have drastically brought down morale of staff with unnecessary new policies and procedures - High turnover rate
