Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. After 5+ years with DriveTime, we wish you had more positive things to review. Although we respectfully disagree with your description of our culture, we do take these concerns seriously. Turnover happens for many reasons in companies, as much as we try to prevent it by providing a positive employee experience. When an employee makes that decision to leave, we sit down to learn the reason and what we can do to improve moving forward.
