Pros
office, snack options, exit options to other companies
Cons
Continuously rotating faces, no changes. There are a few executives that stay (cfo, cto) while the rest of the company rotates faces both above and below. Constantly overpaying the top executives who only promote themselves, while maintaining toxicity below. This company is never going to IPO and a future exit is murky at best. Therefore, they overpay executives and lateral hires while existing employees either quit or are stuck applying to jobs and waiting for their end game. The founder has employed this mindset so it will be tough to change without getting rid of the true culprits in the organization (CFO, CTO).
