Good Sales Managers. Youll learm a lot from Andrew. Only good part. the Upper management is corrupt and use criminal business practices.

Criminal activity in the business practices at this place BIG TIME. Employees are encouraged to lie about the contract and withhold info from customers by the GM. People are told to not tell customers it's a lease. Also, customers will end up paying over 15k for a 2003 vehicle. the warranty is maneuvered in a way that it is entirely irrelevant and customers will find themselves in a never ending rut because their car will break and they'll be contractually forced to start a new contract (must see 3 years through ). The people who work here try their best. Sales and Collections have good managers who would thrive in a normal environment, but this is far from normal. Sales commissions have been sliced and diced to the point where it's likely you'll see months making only 1450. You.need to get 22 cars out to see comission, but marketing purposely fluctuates the customer flow in order to hurt the salesmen. Do yourself a favor and RUN away. You can't make good money here and hard/great work will not see returns. Go work for a real car dealership.
