It is incredible to see how fast things are changing and evolving. Working at Drivy takes you out of your comfort zone. You will keep questioning and improving yourself, but always in a positive work atmosphere. You are given responsibilities from day 1 (no micro-management). You can bring up your own ideas and execute them. "Bonus" : free food, great offices in central Paris and a large terrace with BBQ during summer ;)

If you don’t trust yourself, no one will take you by the hand. But it’s part of the startup game ;)

Passionate, brilliant and dedicated colleagues, remote friendly, flexible hours, great atmosphere, no rush to ship projects but shoot for very good product, diversified team, international team, office in central Paris, offices in multiple European countries, very transparent culture. No politics, you can make mistakes there, no finger pointing but post mortems, recognition, a lot of challenge. You are given responsibilities from day 1 and can submit your ideas easily to any team, you'll always have a thoughtful reply. Amazing offices, free food and activities organised by awesome office managers.

If you don't feel autonomous and don't like to be challenged this probably not for you.
