Working at Massdrop is a dream come true. I cannot say enough great things about working here. When you join Massdrop, you join a company full of brilliant and passionate people who will amaze you every day with their knowledge, skillset, and passion for their respective roles and outside interests. I initially came to Massdrop as a short-term contract employee, and there was not a moment that I felt like I was not a true part of the Massdrop team. I’ve never worked so hard in my life, but for the very first time in my career, I truly love my job. Massdrop is a place to grow, learn and do amazing things. Don’t be afraid to ask questions or bring new ideas to the table. Doing what has never been done before is the Massdrop way. TL;DR: AMAZING company culture. Incredibly bright and motivated employees. Cons
None! Massdrop is amazing. You’ll work harder than you ever have before, but you’ll also learn so much and will have a lot of fun along the way. The learning curve is steep because the company’s business model is unlike any other, but you’ll get the hang of it after a while and your more-experienced peers will always be open to help you out along the way.
