Initially when I joined i thought it was a small team and budding start up, not much of process, but later realised a very good place ,you will be given opportunity to apply your knowledge and ideas , I had more than 8 years of exp in big companies but I should say I am happier here.people come and go but real techy skilled and value oriented will surely get great opportunities here.your are open to speak to management anytime.good team building activities and employee engagement.
