      Flexible schedule tips are good, but you get taxed on them

      Cons

      Work weekend, switch your schedule, or call it a labor cut the day before and tell you not to show up.

      Good experience to be in the beauty industry if you don't do hair, Good way to network with the community as well

      Cons

      A little disorganized at time, I think the corporate policies were also a little too script sometimes whnen it came to the way clients had to be charged
