Pros
• The people. Honestly 10/10! They’re like a second family. Everyone is really nice. • The mentorship. You get to learn from people who are very knowledgeable and have lots to teach you. • Creativity. Your ideas are heard and the bosses respect and are willing to hear them out and let you experiment and explore. • Flexibility. When Covid hit hard, WFH and office (hybrid) was in play and even when things eased up, flexibility was offered which helped with a better work-life balance.
Cons
For me personally, there is not much of a con other than a salary increment issue. But, then again, to each his/her own. I know generally, employees are given rewards and credit where it’s due.
