Pros

- A great place to quickly learn what a toxic work environment looks like. - Excellent training in patience, resilience, and managing unrealistic expectations. - You'll become highly skilled at anticipating blame, even when you've done nothing wrong. - A truly immersive experience in office politics and emotional endurance. - If you survive here, every future workplace will seem wonderful by comparison.

Cons

If you care about your mental health, self-respect, and peace of mind, think twice before joining this company. The workload itself was manageable. That was never the issue. The real problem was the culture. No matter how hard you worked, it never felt appreciated. Instead of support or recognition, you were often met with criticism, micromanagement, and constant attempts to put you in your place. There was a clear lack of respect from management. Employees were expected to simply accept unreasonable behaviour, and questioning anything was often taken badly. Non-local employees, in particular, seemed to be treated as though they had fewer options and could therefore be pushed around more easily. What made things even worse was the environment among some colleagues. There was a lot of gossip, exclusion, and unnecessary office politics. At times, it genuinely felt like certain people were more interested in tearing others down than doing their own jobs. By the time I left, I was emotionally exhausted. Even now, seeing an email or message from the company still makes me uneasy. No job should leave that kind of impact on a person. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a respectful, supportive, and professional workplace.

Pros

You get paid for two hours minimum every time you go in, even if you only put in an hour or less. The teachers and students are all very nice and professional.

Cons

You have to memorize a lot of information. There isn't much prior notice of when jobs are coming, so you can't rely on this as a stable source of income.
