Pros
The culture of the bank is very positive. As a whole, I got along with (mostly) everyone. Most of the people within upper management are good mentors.
Cons
They don’t really allow for growth within the company - they prefer to hire from outside than promote from within. As a teller, my manager was REALLY bad. The retail side of this bank is just like high school in the sense that your managers are very involved in drama and create tension between employees. If you want a job here, make sure it’s not in the retail department (unless you love drama).
