Terrible culture. Directors act as though they are "untouchables". No sense of collaboration. Oppressive work environment. Cheap company. Terrible health benefits based on a pyramid scale - The more money you make the better benefits you receive. Long-term directors have a "that's not how we do things' mentality to new team members who come with new ideas. Saw lots of new, talented people come in and recognized the same things and left before their 1 year anniversary. Very high turn-over rate, inside the MN office as well as outside of the office within the direct care staff (especially).
