Hi, as part of the Talent Acquisition team here in the National office; I am very sorry to hear about your experience with Dungarvin! We are working diligently as I type to add HR teams into every state that we offer services. As part of this decision we are working with local HR teams to obtain more ownership of elements that should fall under the HR umbrella that traditionally operations has ownership of in the past.
