Provide Detailed Information: When reporting, please provide as much information as possible about the issue, including dates, times, locations, and any witnesses.
Confidentiality: We take your privacy seriously and will do our best to maintain confidentiality throughout the investigation process.
No Retaliation: Our company has a strict policy against retaliation. If you report a concern in good faith, you will not face any adverse consequences for doing so.
Investigation and Follow-up: Once a report is made, our HR department will conduct a thorough investigation and take appropriate action as necessary.
