Flexible schedule depending on manager.

Cons

Misogynistic leadership. Racist towards people of color. No promotions for people that hit deliverables. The only reward you get is more work and no pay. If you do get promoted you don't get a cost of living adjustment. Promotions are small only 3%. Workers will be watched via cameras at all times. Toxic coworkers - especially ones that feel embolden by toxic management High turnover because the place is so TOXIC
