Pros

walking distance from mrt starbucks below nice pantry

Cons

I worked for a few months now, and it's been a really dissapointing experience so far. For starters, the executive team has no idea what they're doing. They're constantly changing their minds about the direction of our campaigns, and they're always behind on the latest trends and best practices. It's frustating because we're expected to execute their flawed ideas without question, even though we know they won't work. Another big issue is the lack of communication and suport from management. We're given very little direction or feedback on our work, and when we do get feedback, it's often contradictory or unhelpful. There's no sense of collaboration or teamwork, and we're left to figure things out on our own. And just like the other departments, we're expected to work long hours and weekends without any compensation or recognition. There's a culture of fear and intimidation, where if you don't go along with what management wants, you're seen as not being a team player. They' keep saying how much they value work-life balance, but then they'll turn around and guilt trip us into staying up late or working on the weekends. It's like they think we're too stupid to see through their tactics. The gaslighting by the regional teams is disgusting. Im relieved to finally leave this place. Overall, I would not recomend this company to anyone. The leadership is clueles, the communication is poor, and the culture is toxic. It's a shame, because there are some really talented people here who could be doing great work if they were given the right suport and leadership. So if you're reading through Glassdoor and wondering whether to join, and you see glowing reviews, take them with a grain of salt. Chances are they're not coming from actual employees, but from people who have a vested interest in making the company look good.

Pros

colleagues are friendly and nice

Cons

The main challenge was the lack of clarity around roles and ownership. Team members were expected to cover a broad range of responsibilities, but accountability and recognition were not always clearly defined. At the same time, there was limited managerial guidance and the overall operating structure was quite fragmented.
