We’re glad to hear that you appreciated your colleagues and our community – having a supportive team and a good work environment is something we truly value. However, we are sorry to hear that you didn’t feel your achievements were noticed. We understand how important it is to feel acknowledged.
We always encourage our colleagues to grow internally. We have quarterly People Development talks to ensure a good dialogue with your manager, reflect on the past quarter and talk about the direction you want to develop. We also offer opportunities to apply for jobs internally. In fact, we have a strong track record of colleagues developing into other roles, including those starting in Customer Support.
However, we’re truly sorry to hear that you felt your hard work and achievements weren’t recognised. Feeling valued and being able to develop are important parts of any role, and we regret that this wasn’t your experience. At Dustin, we strive to create a development-centred culture, but we understand that everyone’s experience is different, and we’re sorry to hear that you didn’t feel those opportunities were accessible or impactful in your case.
