Great first job, depending on your hours was relatively slow and nice.

Cons

Is somewhat cramped and during the extreme cold and heat the ac would sometimes break and it was terrible

And yes, many of our shops are intentionally small, which means space can be limited and teamwork is essential. The numerous rules, micromanagement, and the lack of adherence to these rules by managers create a hostile work environment. Furthermore, the presence of homophobia and racism further exacerbates the situation. The lack of tangible benefits associated with this job makes it an unsuitable choice for young adults who may not fully comprehend the negative consequences.
