There have been several tough re-orgs in my relatively short time here, which seemed to be the result of some not-so-great past decisions. Again, a fact of life at a nascent startup.
The only other cons I can think of are some benefits issues: health insurance and 401k match. First, the health insurance. It's totally fine! It's not bad at all. But, having had some really really insurance options at previous companies, I wish Dutchie would level-up.
And finally 401k match - there is none. Which has been true at every startup I've been at. But here's hoping!
