Although I’ve been at Dwight for less than a year, a few things have stood out to me. Dwight fosters an incredibly collaborative and innovative environment, supported by thoughtful and talented team members. As someone who doesn’t fit the traditional accountant stereotype, I truly appreciate working at a company where individuality and personality are not only accepted but encouraged. I’m grateful to be part of an organization where I can genuinely be myself while continuing to grow professionally and develop my career.

Not so many cons except the commute
