Typical small MSP - Service Technician Dynamic Computing Employee Review

It’s hard to do the right thing all the time. We’re going to do our best to debunk this review while still taking the high road. The reviewer was just fired for cause for clear misconduct (here’s the RCW that defines misconduct for clarity: https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=50.04.294). He’s pissed at us about it. But he should be mad at himself. Nobody made him behave the way he did. He deserved to get fired, and we’re glad that he’s gone. We work really hard to do the right thing by our team, hence the other 17 glowing reviews. We have awesome food, great parties (that sadly aren’t wild at all), and almost everyone on our team in leadership has risen through the ranks with time. PS, none of the snacks are expired. Seriously? We’ve doubled the size of our business in the past 5 years and we love to hire, train and empower people to do great work.
