Pros

Dynamic Insurance Services was an incredible company with limitless opportunity. I loved working here, and hope to rejoin one day. What they're trying to do here is really very special. It's unique and it's totally effort based. So you get out what you put in. The leads are quality and the comp is paid off the ENTIRE 9 month advance. This is a company that believes in YOU. If you're a part of the pack, there's nothing they won't do to help you succeed. It's sad to me to see the negative reviews here, especially because I personally know the people that left them and it's a concerted effort by 3 disgruntled former employees who are cheating the GlassDoor system and asked several of us to participate. We're not, because a lot of us former (and current) advocates stay in touch with each other and this place deserves better than to be torn down. The Vice President paid my internet AND electricity bills HIMSELF when my daughter's heart condition came up. Seeing what some people are doing, I had to take this opportunity to leave this review and tell the truth. Even though I had to step away, I know it was nothing Dynamic did. It was circumstances that were beyond anybody control. I can't wait to eventually be able to rejoin the family.

Cons

1099 makes it tough when emergencies, especially medical emergencies, arise. That's why I had to leave, so that I could get insurance for my daughter.

Pros

Work from home. That's it

Cons

No residuals, straight commission. Chargebacks would nuke an entire paycheck (biweekly). After a whole year I made 15,000 while consistantly selling between 25-30 policies a month and of course since I received a 1099 I still paid taxes.
