Prior to starting this position, I had very little experience with final expense products, but the end of two week's time I felt confident and excited to advocate for my client's best interests.
In the weeks that followed I found a new passion: assisting new team members with their development and seeing their success on our platform. My efforts were noticed by my mentor, sales manager, and executive vice president. In six months time I was offered a full time position, working from home. I now continue to pour my effort and esteem into the growth and development of new hires, existing advocates, and the company which I take ownership and pride in.
