Pros

3 weeks PTO first year, 4 weeks 2nd year. 4 day workweek for production with 3 day weekends. Free gym (outdated equipment), profit sharing quarterly, performance reviews every 6 months

Cons

Document everything! Each review the company will attempt to dock you for a late clock-in and will stand by it unless you can prove it. Reporting management to HR will put a target on your back. Management does not trust employees and has unethical business practices. You will be micromanaged. Management is abusive. Mostly outside hires, chances of getting promoted to a worthwhile position are slim to none. Discriminates against workers in protected classes, pushes employees out after 2 years, makes up reasons to terminate good workers. Forced to sign write-ups that are without basis and untruthful. Operations managers don't know how to create a shortcut on their desktop let alone relate in a healthy way to their employees.

Dynamic just certified in October as a Great Place to Work for the 6th consecutive year. This certification is awarded by independent analysts at Great Place to Work and is based on extensive ratings provided by team members in anonymous survey feedback. Consistently, Dynamic’s top scoring areas are in people being treated fairly regardless of their personal demographics, and that people are made to feel welcome at Dynamic. These questions have consistently scored in the 90th percentile. Our internal promotion rate is extremely healthy at 62% year to date, and we're proud that for a growing 15-year-old business, our team members have been with us on average for 3.7 years, with over 60% of our team having been with Dynamic for more than 2 years. The business is very fast paced, so you truly need to work hard.

Pros

Decent benefits good amount of pto

Cons

The culture has changed dramatically! Management is horrible. Most of them from the top down do not know what they are doing. The Management is a revolving door. Do not trust Management at all. Coworkers will report you for anything leading to many good employees to being disciplined or fired. HR is a joke and can't be trusted!
