      Pros

      It was a small family owned business with 8 employees. They didnt mind teaching and helping each other. The owner was great to work for.

      Cons

      They gave last minute overtime. A little notice would have been great.

      Pros

      People watching was great between all areas of the company. You never knew what was going to happen from one day to the next.

      Cons

      Upper management was unfocused, unethical and always micromanaged. The expression "the tail is wagging the dog" is very true at Dynamic Machine. If you are looking to build a career do not start or go near that place.
