Pros
My favorite part of working with Dynamic Roofing was the connections I was able to build. Their brand has a great reputation, and especially among home owners. People treated me with respect right when I knocked on their door because they knew the caliber of company that I worked for. I felt like I built connections with people as we worked to help them out with their roofs. That is exactly what business should be and it taught me to be focused on people rather than just on the job at hand. I also loved working with management - I felt like I was an important part of the team and that I could call whenever I had a question and that I wasn't disturbing anyone. They were clear with me on financial compensation and paid me honestly when each job was finished. This was a great step in my career!
Cons
The job I worked were pretty far from where I lived, which made it less convenient. Also on days when I felt less motivated I didn't feel like I was being forced to go out. It was a good thing because I learned to motivate myself, but at the beginning it was hard.
