One of the worst - Project Manager Dynamic National Employee Review

10-12 hour days. No support from local management. Was hired to be a project manager but was a glorified superintendent. No clear sense of scope, budget, or timeline for completion. Lady they hired to be the office manager ended up being the acting leader due to the president being compromised by a Non compete agreement he was in violation of. She was completely incompetent and exemplified most of the worst leadership styles. No Multifamily or renovation experience. Ended up self performing much of the work as we couldn’t hire qualified personnel as the projects were bid too low and had to take the bottom of the barrel.
