Hostile workplace - My coworkers who were all security guards in the geriatric age range would constantly belittle, verbally attack, and speak in a sexually inappropriate manner to and around each other and to younger employees. My younger coworkers did not consistently take showers and seemingly thought "Security Guard" especially "Armed" meant "Police officer with powers of arrest." This resulted in said employee kicking an aerospace worker for falling asleep on the job. For some reason, they were paying security guards $12 to $13 on the hour to guard and monitor a facility in Decatur where rockets were being manufactured. The company that ended up taking the contract from them requires a security clearance apparently. They did not.
