Pros
Since starting at Dynamo I've been given more opportunities than with any of my previous employers. I had little experience when I started and was welcomed from the get go by all of the staff. With training and support from management (including Ying who had an open door policy whenever I needed to talk) I have gone from strength to strength and feel like I have found a place I can really build a career. Senior management are very transparent and open with staff so you always know what is going on, and this has proved invaluable during the pandemic. Everyone pulls together in tough times and if you work hard you are rewarded. It's the only place I've worked at that promotes on merit, not on who gives the best interview on the day. Ying has his employees best interests at heart and that's reflected in the culture.
Cons
With every company there are ups and downs and it's the same at Dynamo. There are more financial incentives for the sales team but that's not necessarily a negative, just the nature of the job. The good definitely outweighs the bad.
