-As many have mentioned the owner lacks professionalism and is very verbose. Conversations in meetings in which she is involved are not collaborative. -Unsafe work practices including the expectation of making marketing calls and attending zoom meetings while driving. -Long work days or no work available (despite FT status) -Pressure to make more restrictive/conservative recommendations that are not evidence based under the premise that we are "predicting risk", Therefore, management and senior team tend to encourage recommending thickened liquids for anyone who experiences penetration or even pre-spill to the pyriform sinuses. -Take home pay is horrible -Owner will make comments such as "we don't do this work for the money"
