Pay is decent starting out. They never will cap your pay no matter how long you are there which is nice. If you are looking for overtime it is available especially on 2nd shift. The job is fairly simple to do and understand as long as you pay attention to the little details

If you like your brain being stimulated then it’s not the greatest job for you. If things are going well then you aren’t doing much but watching and waiting for job to be done or problem to arise. If you don’t want your brain to be super challenged and like being able to stand in one spot and not do too much then this con could be a pro for you. There isn’t a ton of room for growth in the company but you never get capped on pay and still can grow a little.

There are opportunities for professional development in the organization. The leadership team continuously encourage employees to think outside the box. Diverse team with multiple capabilities. Great people!

Occasionally, there can be some communication gaps between different departments and sites, despite the continuous efforts to address and improve on the topic.
