Pros
Good Atmosphere. People are happy and proud to be part of this company. Youf feel more close to your customers than in other competitors brands
Cons
Most of the Supermarket are not in the inner center cities but in the suburbs area or in the countryside ( which explains why the prices are here lower than in other supermarkets). You are obliget to have a car if you want to access then to your work if you live in a big city.
