      Pros

      Great atmosphere, joined just before pandemic, working from home, tons of support on ms teams, tons of training, no micro managing, im pregnant as well so they have been very understanding with things. great career progression

      Cons

      e.on core now being closed down to open their new business E.ON next. which i applied and passed for. wasn't Nice having to re apply for a job ill be already doing but it is what is it. on the other hand expect a few a few redundancy's or people leaving. but I'm happy was given priority for my job security by interal recruitment

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Cons

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
