      The People, and by the people i mean the general members of staff ..the locations are varied from call centres through to Power Stations

      Cons

      , middle management inside E.On Uk have not got talent in number..the majority of middle management witnessed by myself are nothing less than bullies who talk to their team members like children

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
