Pros
Very good for learning about all the different assets/commodities/business Not very stressful jobs in general. Good balanced work/private Facilities included: canteen, gym Strong works council: protecting internal employee before externals Everybody is like a big family.
Cons
Too big for fast decission, too much political and personal interest Too much hierarchy and low responsiblities unless you get a Senior Management position Not so easy to change jobs even horizontally. Accomodated people. Currently lost without a clear successful strategy. a bit "German" sometimes...
