      Very relaxed company, they look after there team well , flexible and adaptable noone is pigeon holed .

      The split departments can be disorganised at times

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Cons

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
